When Dani works with individuals, be they entrepreneurs, professional athletes, actors or trauma survivors, she guides them through several phases. At first they must be willing to face that which needs to be seen. The so-called “ugly” parts of themselves or their experiences. They face the ego and begin the process of dis-identification from their past and see things from a different perspective. This is the letting go phase. They begin to unwind stories of unworthiness, imposter syndrome, guilt and shame. This can bring about an identity crisis of sorts as they figure out who and what they are beyond their traumas or their past. Eventually they stop reacting and begin choosing consciously. They master this beautiful thing called a physical body and learn to work with their mind instead of being thrashed by it. The integration phase is acclimating and adjusting to who and what we are beyond our thought patterns, belief systems and past experiences.
She works with individuals from all walks of life; couples, blended families, executives, entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurial organizations, athletes, models, and anyone who needs her help. We are all walking each other home, sharing our wisdom and learning how to master what it means to be extraordinary ordinary humans.
